Job summary

Hightown in Stevenage is seeking an Assistant Support Worker to help adults living with mental health challenges achieve independence. You will support daily living skills, assist with medication, and organise activities and community trips.

This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week, a salary of £26,229 per annum, and benefits including generous annual leave, pension, and employee assistance. A valid UK driving licence and flexibility for sleep-ins are required.

About The Role

As an Assistant Support Worker, you will:

What We Are Looking For

• 3pm-11pm + sleep-in (11pm-8am) + 8am-4pm


• 8am - 4pm


• 9am - 5pm
