Job summary

Hightown is seeking a Care Assistant for Old Barn Close, Buckingham, to support adults with learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities. The role is based at 4 & 5 Old Barn Close, with a welcoming team and a focus on choice and living life their way.

No prior care experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided. You will work as part of a caring team to deliver personal care, meals, activities and community involvement.

Care Assistant - Old Barn Close, Buckingham

£26,229 per annum | Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

What You Will Do

• Support with personal care, meals and daily routines

Complete Sleep-ins As Part Of Your Rota About You

• Able to do sleep-ins (For sleep-ins you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £52.78).A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
