Job summary

Kite House in High Wycombe is seeking an Assistant Support Worker to join our team. You will provide person-centred support to help residents live independently, including assisting with medication, appointments, daily living tasks and community activities.

We are looking for compassionate, reliable and proactive individuals with strong communication skills who value teamwork and inclusion. Shifts include early and late hours, weekends and bank holidays, and a Full UK Driving Licence is

Position: Assistant Support Worker

Location: High Wycombe

Salary: £25,506 per annum

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Join our friendly team at Kite House, a supported living service for people with learning disabilities. You will provide person-centred support to help residents live independently, including assisting with medication, appointments, daily living tasks and community activities.

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable and proactive, with a commitment to treating people with respect, working collaboratively and empowering individuals to achieve their goals.

Shifts

• 7am-3pm
• 2pm-10pm
• Sleep-ins as required (for sleep-ins you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £52.78)

About You

• You are caring, reliable and proactive, with good communication skills and the ability to adapt to different needs.
• You value teamwork and inclusion, and you are happy to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
• It is essential that you hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have access to a car.
