Waterside is seeking a compassionate Female Assistant Support Worker to join our shared living home in Chesham. You will provide person-centred support, helping residents with personal care and daily living activities in a respectful, empowering environment.
This role requires a care certificate (or willingness to obtain one) and a full UK driving licence. Hoist training is mandatory, with support available for refreshers as needed.

Position: Female Assistant Support Worker
Location: Chesham, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £20,982 per annum
Hours: Part-time (30 hours per week)

Each person has their own en-suite room, and we work together to create an inclusive, respectful environment where people feel valued, supported and empowered to live as independently as possible.
As an Assistant Support Worker, you will provide compassionate, person-centred support by:
Hoist training is required, with full support provided to refresh or gain this skill if needed.
You will work a two-week rolling rota:
You must be able to work every other weekend and complete sleep-ins as required by the needs of the service (Sleep-ins are paid at an enhanced flat rate of £52.78 per sleep-in).
You are caring, reliable and motivated, with a compassionate approach and a commitment to working respectfully and collaboratively. Holds a care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualification.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
The successful candidate must always maintain appropriate professional boundaries and understand their responsibilities in relation to positions of trust.
All appointments are subject to satisfactory right to work, enhanced DBS, reference and medical clearances.
