Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Support Worker to help residents live independently in purpose-built homes. You will provide personalised support, encourage daily living skills, and follow planned risk assessments to empower individuals.

This role requires a full UK driving licence and involves weekend and bank holiday shifts. Salary is £26,853 per annum for a full-time 37.5 hour week, with enhanced sleep-in payments and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar support worker role is required.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willing to complete at least one sleep-in per week.
• Shifts include weekends and bank holidays.

The Role

• Shifts include weekends and bank holidays
• For sleep-ins you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £52.78
