The Role:
Our Assistant Stylists are essential to the success of our Pets Grooming salons. You will deliver high standards of pet care while demonstrating basic technical skills in dog grooming, including handling techniques, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation.
We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver excellent service, reflecting our goal of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'. We offer a competitive salary and support your growth through comprehensive training, including our Earn as You Learn programmes and skill-based pay enhancements.
We’re seeking individuals who are:
Passionate about delivering excellent service.
Flexible, with the ability to work a shift pattern across 6 days a week (we are closed on Sundays). You will be contracted for a minimum of 39 hours, with additional hours during busy periods, absences, or holidays.
Experience working with or handling dogs in a professional grooming or pet care environment is desirable but not essential (please note that bathing and prepping your own dog does not qualify as professional experience). Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
Experience in a target-driven environment is preferred but not mandatory.
