The Role:

Our Assistant Stylists are critical to the success of our Pets Grooming salons. You'll deliver the highest standard of pet care, demonstrating a basic understanding of grooming techniques, including handling, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation.

We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver excellent service. You'll enjoy a competitive pay, comprehensive training, and development opportunities, including our Earn as You Learn programmes and skill-based pay enhancements.

We’re seeking individuals who are:

• Passionate about delivering great service.
• Flexible, able to work a shift pattern across 6 days a week (closed on Sundays). The minimum contract is 39 hours, with potential for more hours during busy periods.
• Experience with dogs in a professional grooming or pet care environment is desirable but not essential. Note: bathing and prepping your own dog does not qualify as professional experience.
• Preferably experienced in target-driven environments, but willing to learn if not.
