The Role:

Our Assistant Stylists are crucial to the success of our Pets Grooming salons. You will deliver the highest standard of pet care, demonstrating a basic understanding of grooming techniques, including handling, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation.

We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver service that aligns with our goal of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'. We offer a competitive base pay, comprehensive training, development opportunities, and our Earn as You Learn programmes with skill-based pay enhancements.

We’re seeking individuals who are:

• Passionate about delivering excellent service.
• Flexible, with the ability to work a shift pattern across 6 days a week (closed on Sundays). The minimum contract is 39 hours, but additional hours may be required during busy periods, absences, and holidays.
• Experience working with or handling dogs in a professional grooming or pet care environment is desirable, but not essential. Note that bathing and prepping your own dog does not qualify as professional experience. Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Preferably experienced in target-driven environments, but willing to train those new to it.
