The Role:

Our Assistant Stylists are vital to our grooming salons' success. You will deliver high standards of pet care, demonstrating basic technical skills in preparing and clipping dogs for grooming, including handling, equipment use, and pre-grooming prep.

We provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver excellent service, aiming to be the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'. You will receive a competitive salary and growth opportunities through training and development, including Earn as You Learn programmes and skill-based pay enhancements.

We seek individuals who are:

• Passionate about providing excellent service.
• Flexible, with the ability to work a flexible shift pattern across 6 days a week (we are closed on Sundays). The minimum contract is 39 hours, but additional hours may be required during busy periods, absences, or holidays.
• Experience working with or handling dogs in a professional grooming or pet care setting is desirable but not essential. Note that bathing and prepping your own dog does not count as professional experience. Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Familiar with target-driven environments, or willing to work in one.
