The Role:

Our Assistant Stylists are essential to the success of our Pets Grooming salons. You'll provide the highest standard of pet care, demonstrating a basic understanding of grooming techniques including handling, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation.

We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver excellent service, reflecting our goal of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'. You'll enjoy a competitive pay and opportunities for growth through training and skill-based pay enhancements.

We’re looking for individuals who are:

• Passionate about delivering great service.
• Flexible, with the ability to work a flexible shift pattern across 6 days a week (we are closed on Sundays). The minimum contract is 39 hours, but additional hours may be required during busy periods, absences, and holidays.
• Experience working with or handling dogs in a professional grooming or pet care environment is desirable but not essential (please note that bathing and prepping your own dog does not count as professional experience). Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Preferably experienced in target-driven environments, but willing to learn if not.
