Alder Hey Children’s NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an Assistant Assistant Strategic People & OD Business Partner to support the Strategic People & OD function across the Trust System in Liverpool.

Working with the Strategic People & OD Business Partner, you will help shape workforce strategy, planning and leadership development, delivering improvements and enabling an inclusive, high-performing culture across services from community sites to hospital teams.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level and Masters-level or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Strategic People & OD Business Partner to develop proactive partnering across the Trust System.
• Assist with workforce planning, leadership development and engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to People Services projects and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
• Provide timely guidance on employment terms, policies and staff management practices.
