Travel Trade Recruitment is recruiting for a Travel Branch Manager to launch a brand-new luxury retail operation in Cambridge. You will lead a team of Travel Experts and an Assistant Manager, hands-on selling and driving a premium customer experience while achieving sales targets. The role combines leadership with frontline sales, local marketing, and relationship building, all within a busy luxury travel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Retail Travel Branch.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving performance.
• Strong leadership with coaching and development experience.
• Capable of hands-on selling while managing store operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store performance, drive sales, conversion and profitability.
• Lead, coach and motivate Travel Experts and an Assistant Manager.
• Create proactive sales culture and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Assist clients with luxury tailor-made holidays and bookings.
• Develop local business via marketing, events and partnerships.
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage referrals.
• Manage daily store operations, rotas and performance reviews.
• Ensure high standards across the customer journey.
