Job summary
Audley Travel is expanding into UK Retail stores and seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional, premium client experiences within an Audley Travel concession. You will blend personal sales excellence with day-to-day leadership to drive conversion, service standards and store performance.
As a deputy, you’ll step into the Store Manager role when needed, while owning your client base and delivering tailored Audley holidays.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales or service-led environments.
- Strong personal sales performance and commercial awareness.
- Ability to coach and develop others.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Organised, able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of store performance including sales, conversion, service standards and pipeline.
- Proactively convert footfall into opportunities and future pipeline.
- Act as deputy to the Store Manager and cover in their absence.
- Deliver a seamless end-to-end client journey aligned to Audley Way.
- Collaborate with Country Specialists to maintain client relationships and experience.
