Crew Clothing seeks an Assistant Manager for our Cotswold store, full-time, 37.5 hours per week. The role assists the store manager to drive sales, KPI performance and staff development, while upholding our premium service and visual merchandising standards.

You will support recruitment, training, and daily operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximise store performance across channels.

Formación

• Customer service focused and responsive.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in retail industry.
• Desirable: experience in luxury fashion brands.

Responsabilidades

• Achieves sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand.
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability.
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines.
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store.
