Job summary

Crew Clothing Ludlow is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the store in delivering strong sales and exceptional customer service. This role covers 37.5 hours per week and includes helping recruit, develop the team and maintain visual merchandising standards.

You will lead by example, drive targets, promote multi-channel shopping, and create a welcoming shopping experience with a focus on collaboration, kindness and creativity that epitomises our British style.

Qualifications

• Customer service focused.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience in retail industry.
• Desirable: Good IT skills.
• Desirable: Experience of working in a luxury fashion brand.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store
