Job summary

Crew Clothing Company in the south coast-inspired stores is seeking an Assistant Manager for a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week to drive store sales, KPI performance and team development. You will recruit, retain and motivate staff, maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards and create a shopping experience that delights customers every day.

You'll lead a team in-store, promote multi-channel options, and uphold brand standards while fostering a collaborative and customer-centred

Qualifications

• Essential: Customer service focused and strong communication in a retail setting.
• Experience in retail industry and delivering sales targets.
• Desirable: IT skills and experience in luxury fashion brands.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand.
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability.
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines.
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store.
