The Air Ambulance Service Limited invites applications for an Assistant Manager to support the Oakham Home Store. This 16-hour-per-week role is a one-year fixed-term contract ending 12 October 2027, offering a purpose-driven career in a charity focused on saving lives.

Responsibilities

• To assist and support the shop manager to maximise sales and profits of your shop.
• Support the guiding and managing of both employees and volunteers to achieve specific goals and objectives.
• Help to provide direction, support, and motivation to the team, delegating tasks and monitoring progress.
• Proactively support personal and professional development of the team.
• Assist in running the shop autonomously, ensuring delivery of a profitable and customer-focused shop.
