The Air Ambulance Service is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Kingsthorpe shop. You will support the shop manager in daily operations, drive income targets, and lead a diverse team including volunteers while keeping high standards of presentation and stock rotation.

There is a strong emphasis on customer service, teamwork, and flexibility to work weekends and occasional extra hours in a purpose-driven, charity environment.
