Job summary

The Air Ambulance Service is seeking a proactive Shop Manager in Alfreton to lead our thriving superstore, coaching staff and volunteers while driving income to support lifesaving work.

You will oversee daily operations, analyse sales, train and motivate the team, manage budgets, and ensure customer excellence in line with our charity values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible to work weekends and occasional additional hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyse sales trends and develop strategies to improve performance.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to improve customer service and engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing:
