The Air Ambulance Service in Oakham is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the shop manager in maximizing sales and profits, guiding both staff and volunteers to meet goals. The role emphasizes teamwork, development, and customer focus within a fixed-term, part-time contract based in Oakham.

The position requires strong people skills, retail knowledge, and the ability to manage cash handling and stock control. 16 hours per week with a 1-year contract ending 12 October 2027.

• Assist in running the shop autonomously, ensuring delivery of a profitable and customer-focused shop.
