Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a dynamic retail team and enhance guest experiences in our England store. You will coach staff, manage schedules, and support administrative operations with a focus on inclusivity and exceptional service.

Responsibilities include floor leadership, budget and labor planning, and driving store performance while ensuring policy compliance and safety. A strong retail leadership background and a passion for sport and wellness are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to deliver outstanding guest experience.
• Manage floor coverage, scheduling, and daily operations.
• Monitor budget, labour hours, and store performance metrics.
• Open/close the store and ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on recruitment and training.
