URBN is seeking a dynamic store management professional to lead a high-volume, fashion-forward team at our London flagship. You will drive customer service excellence, mentoring colleagues, and upholding Urban Outfitters culture across the store.

You will oversee daily operations, merchandising, inventory control and performance development, delivering strong sales while maintaining a creative, inclusive store environment that reflects the VIBE philosophy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role in fast paced fashion retail.
• Strong operational skills and store management know-how.
• Understanding of Urban Outfitters culture and local market appeal.
• Ability to drive sales through excellent service, visual presentation and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, motivate and lead a team with a focus on development and coaching.
• Manage performance development, including appraisals, development plans and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee customer service quality and store environment, ensuring consistent standards.
• Perform store-level operations, inventory control, loss prevention and safety compliance.
• Coordinate merchandising, floor sets and visual presentation to reflect current fashion trends.
• Analyse reports and trends to maximize departmental sales and drive growth.
