You will recruit, coach and develop staff while upholding Urban Outfitters standards and delivering exceptional customer service. The role focuses on driving sales, controlling stock and creating a vibrant store environment aligned with brand values.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role in fast-paced fashion retail.
• Strong operational skills.
• Understanding of Urban Outfitters culture and its appeal to the local market.
• Ability to drive sales through excellent service, strong visuals and business understanding.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, motivate and lead the department team.
• Conduct performance appraisals and development plans.
