Responsibilities

• Lead your team to deliver best-in-class guest experiences.

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and brand standards across the 4-wall store.
• Manage stock handling and inventory to minimise waste and loss.
• Drive store EBITDA and hit defined KPI targets.
