Job summary

The White Company is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help run the store in Farnham, working closely with the Store Manager to translate plans into action and uphold brand standards. You will lead through others, develop people, and make sound commercial decisions that impact daily performance.

You will progress from supporting floor performance to full store leadership when required, coaching colleagues, managing KPIs, and ensuring a calm, premium customer experience across the shop

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory or assistant management within retail.
• Ability to lead, coach and motivate a team.
• Commercial awareness with KPIs and store priorities.
• Organised, adaptable and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of consistent, high-quality customer experience across the store.
• Lead by example on the shop floor and model company values and service standards.
• Coach team members to build confidence in customer conversations and service delivery.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and induction of new team members.
• Support training and development activities and embed learning in daily work.
