DEBRA International in Swanley is seeking a Store Manager to own store performance, maximise income across physical and digital channels, and lead an inclusive team of staff and volunteers. This full-time, permanent role involves managing 35 hours per week over 5 days, with a salary of £25,480 per annum (£14.00 per hour).
