wed2b is seeking a confident Assistant Store Manager for our Camberley store. Lead from the front, drive sales, and coach a high-performing team in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

This role offers 32-36 hours per week with a competitive salary plus commission. You will help deliver exceptional in-store experiences that reflect our brand of warm, welcoming service and drive store performance.

• Energetic, resilient and capable of coaching others

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front to deliver strong sales and set shop floor standards
• Coach, develop and motivate a high-performing team
• Drive sales and KPIs through hands-on leadership and commercial awareness
• Create a warm, luxury in-store experience for every customer
• Support Store Manager to deliver store targets and overall performance
• Take ownership of the store in the Store Manager's absence
• Use data and insight to maximise performance
