Job summary

WED2B Limited is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Rotherham to lead a high-energy, target-driven team in-store. You’ll drive sales, coach colleagues and deliver a luxurious customer experience on the shop floor.

This on-site role is part-time (30 hours per week) with a £13.64 hourly rate plus commission and a 12-month FTC. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to hit targets and develop your leadership career in a fast-paced, fashion-forward retail environment.

Your day to day responsibilities

• Leading from the front to deliver strong sales performance and set the standard on the shop floor
• Coaching, developing and motivating a high performing, target driven team
• Driving sales and KPIs through hands on leadership and strong commercial awareness
• Creating a warm, friendly, luxury in store experience for every customer
• Supporting the Store Manager to deliver store targets and overall performance
• Taking ownership of the store, including its performance, in the absence of the Store Manager
• Using data, insight and instinct to identify opportunities and maximise performance
