Wed2b Chesham is seeking a confident, sales-driven Assistant Manager to lead from the front in a busy, 32-hour-per-week role. You will help drive store performance, develop your team and ensure an exceptional customer experience in a luxury bridal setting. This in-store position is permanent, on-site in Chesham, offering the chance to influence daily operations, coach staff, and contribute to strong KPIs while delivering memorable moments for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front to deliver strong sales performance and set the standard on the shop floor.
• Coach, develop and motivate a high performing, target-driven team.
• Drive sales and KPIs through hands-on leadership and strong commercial awareness.
• Create a warm, luxury in-store experience for every customer.
• Support the Store Manager to deliver store targets and overall performance.
• Take ownership of the store, including its performance, in the absence of the Store Manager.
