Wed2B Camberley in-store is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to cover 32–36 hours per week. You will lead from the front, drive sales and KPIs, and coach a high‑performing team in a fast-paced luxury dress environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading from the front to deliver strong sales performance and set the standard on the shop floor
• Coaching, developing and motivating a high performing, target driven team
• Driving sales and KPIs through hands on leadership and strong commercial awareness
• Creating a warm, friendly, luxury in store experience for every customer
• Supporting the Store Manager to deliver store targets and overall performance
• Taking ownership of the store, including its performance, in the absence of the Store Manager
• Using data, insight and instinct to identify opportunities and maximise performance
