wed2b in Southampton (In-store) is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high‑performing sales team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

In this 36-hour-per-week role, you will coach staff, drive KPIs, and partner with the Store Manager to meet targets while creating a warm, luxury shopping environment for brides and customers.

Your day to day responsibilities

• Leading from the front to deliver strong sales performance and set the standard on the shop floor
• Coaching, developing and motivating a high performing, target driven team
• Driving sales and KPIs through hands on leadership and strong commercial awareness
• Creating a warm, friendly, luxury in store experience for every customer
• Supporting the Store Manager to deliver store targets and overall performance
• Taking ownership of the store, including its performance, in the absence of the Store Manager
• Using data, insight and instinct to identify opportunities and maximise performance
