Qualifications

• Previous retail management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership to motivate staff and uphold store priorities.
• Confident interpreting KPI and sales data for commercial decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interactions.
• Proven success driving sales and KPI achievement in retail.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager with daily store operations to help achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead and guide shop floor colleagues, allocating tasks and maintaining JD standards.
• Coach and develop staff with real-time feedback and clear expectations.
• Maintain high presentation and operational standards, pricing accuracy, and safety.
• Perform cash handling, till checks, stock audits, and opening/closing routines.
