Clarks Outlet is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in guiding our retail team and managing daily operations. The role blends leadership, customer service and operations to ensure the store runs smoothly and meets performance goals.

The ideal candidate has prior retail leadership experience, is KPI-driven, and excels in team leadership and communication. A 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, is required in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership, supervisory, or keyholder roles.
• Comfortable in driving KPI's and results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lead a team.
• Flexible to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
