The ideal candidate will have retail leadership experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to coach staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles.

• Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
• Support sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate staff for excellent customer service.
• Help manage scheduling, training and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, health & safety, and loss prevention.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally to ensure a positive experience.
• Monitor inventory and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Act as Store Manager when required.
