Responsibilities
- Drive performance, development and succession planning with store management.
- Coach team to deliver service culture and share best practice.
- Analyse daily sales performance and delegate actions.
- Oversee compliance and audit activities across the store.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback.
- Ensure VM guide is followed to deliver an inspirational shopping experience.
