Job summary

ONIVERSE is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations across the UK retail network. You will lead a high-performing team, deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales to achieve KPIs.

In this role you will organise priorities, coach staff, oversee stock and presentation, assist with recruitment and training, and ensure compliance with health & safety standards while upholding brand standards and delivering a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for fashion and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading the team and daily store operations.
• Drive sales performance and support the team in achieving KPIs (ATV, UPT, CCR and sales targets).
• Coach, motivate and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Organise daily priorities, delegate tasks and ensure smooth store operations.
• Oversee stock replenishment, visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, health & safety procedures and operational standards.
