Job summary

Next stores in the United Kingdom are recruiting a Sales Manager to lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet performance targets. The role blends coaching, people development and hands-on store management in a fast-paced retail setting.

Flexible working options are available, with shifts including Mon 10:00-16:00, Wed 11:00-17:30 and Sat 10:00-16:30. You will support store management across product areas and back of house, drive stock accuracy and service

Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching and motivating a team.
• Exceptional customer service understanding and commercial sense.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, results-driven retail environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible working attitude with a willingness to support the store as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house and running the store when needed.
• Manage a team to deliver amazing service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient environment.
• Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring the team is at the core of everything you do.
• Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities.
• Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate to meet business needs.
