Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc is recruiting an Assistant Manager for a premium beauty retailer at Bluewater Shopping Centre in the United Kingdom. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious leader to join a premium beauty brand that is committed to customer service, product expertise, and team development.

As Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the business. You'll lead by example on the shop floor, inspire your team to deliver outstanding service and help drive sales performance across the store.

• Positive, energetic, and hands-on management style
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

The salary up to £38,000
