OKA in Bath is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to support our Retail Team at the flagship store. You will lead a team, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive sales in a historic, well-lit showroom.

The role reports to the Store Manager and requires a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit to nurture the OKA culture and meet brand KPIs. Flexible hours and a passion for design are valued.

Qualifications

• Professional retail management or supervisory experience.
• Strong selling skills and ability to motivate others.
• Thorough knowledge of furniture/home furnishings market is a plus.
• Flexible to shift patterns in retail environment.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to OKA customers.
• Advise on products in person and via phone.
• Generate and maximise revenue to meet sales targets.
• Manage EPOS transactions and related paperwork.
• Identify sales opportunities and promote services.
• Lead on the sales floor and greet customers.
• Uphold presentation standards for store and back-office areas.
