Job summary

OKA Bath is seeking a full-time Home Stylist to join our Retail Team in a historic Bath store. You will deliver in-store design, room planning and styling services to help customers create beautifully styled spaces.

Based on the shop floor, you will engage with customers, support store operations and collaborate with the wider team to maintain presentation standards. A passion for interior design and high-end retail experience are essential, with flexible hours and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused retail experience required.
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Natural flair for interior design, styling, and store merchandising.
• Experience in high-end retail environments.
• Extensive selling skills and ability to motivate others.
• Flexible hours due to sector demands.

Responsibilities

• Create and present design plans to customers using Vector Works, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Identify leads for larger projects and pass to Interior Design Service (IDS).
• Provide customer consultation via email, phone, face-to-face and digital appointments.
• Support store operations, replenishment, and presentation standards.
• Liaise with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure smooth stock and deliveries.
• Generate and maximise project revenue to meet sales targets.
• Process EPOS transactions accurately and maintain transactional records.
• Build a customer database and capture key data via Salesforce, Hero and till systems.
