Job summary

OKA Outlet in Bicester is seeking a full-time Assistant Store Manager to support our Retail Team. This role reports to the Store Manager and carries a 40-hour week at our Bicester outlet. You will lead a store team, drive sales and KPIs, and ensure outstanding customer service across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience, ideally 1 year in an Assistant Manager, Supervisor or equivalent role.
• Experience leading and managing a retail team with coaching and performance management.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience working toward sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day leadership and operation of the store.
• Lead, motivate and coach the store team to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service face-to-face and via phone.
• Manage store operations including opening/closing, cash/EPOS and stock control.
• Plan and deploy team resources to maintain efficient store performance.
• Maintain high visual and presentation standards across the store.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and OKA services and products.
