Job summary

Sandro in London, UK is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead and develop a high-performing premium retail team. You will model exceptional service, drive sales, and ensure policies and visual directives are followed across the store.

The role requires over 2 years of management experience in luxury retail, strong leadership, and a commercial mindset. You will collaborate with the store manager, participate in recruitment and training, and support payroll integrity and inventory planning.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in premium/luxury retail.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Adaptability to customers and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the tracking, monitoring, and communication of business results
• Ensure all sales related policies and procedures are maintained
• Ensure an elevated level of sales and service is practiced by all associates; lead by example
• Collaborate with store manager ensuring all Policies & Procedures are compliant
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of all merchandising/visual directives
• Communicate inventory needs to support the business goal
• Assist in recruitment, training and development of staff
• Assist in ensuring the integrity of payroll and the payroll process
• Continually evaluate the performance of each employee and provide constant feedback to ensure results
• Resolve all human resources issues in a timely and effective manner, partnering with HR when necessary
