Job summary

Clarks in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our retail team and driving daily operations. Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail leadership, supervisory, or keyholder roles preferred.
• Comfortable in driving KPI’s and results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Strong communication and Solid organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading the retail team and driving daily operations.
• Support Store Manager to meet performance goals and operational targets.
• Provide hands-on leadership across store activities and store standards.
• Act as a reliable point of contact to ensure smooth store running and customer satisfaction.

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our retail team and driving daily operations. This role is a blend of leadership, customer service, and operational management.
