Job summary

CLARK'S is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our retail team and driving daily operations. This hands-on leadership role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store standards.

The ideal candidate will have retail leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible 7-day shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail leadership, supervisory, or keyholder roles preferred.
• Comfortable in driving KPI’s and results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Strong communication and Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
