Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for health, wellness and customer service.
- Ability to establish rapport and credibility.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Perform massages, facials, manicures and pedicures.
- Provide high-quality service for a relaxing experience.
- Maintain spa equipment and cleanliness.
- Build client relationships to encourage repeat visits.
- Promote spa services and products during consultations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
