Job summary

Bannatyne in Perth is seeking a Spa Beauty Manager on a maternity cover contract. You will oversee daily spa operations, lead therapists and support staff, and drive revenue and guest satisfaction through exceptional service.

Ideal candidates hold NVQ 2/3 Beauty Therapy, a KPI-driven mindset, and proven customer service experience. Flexible scheduling includes weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
• KPI driven with a customer-focused attitude.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the spa to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Lead, motivate and manage a team of therapists and support staff.
• Develop strategies to increase spa revenue and client satisfaction.
• Perform spa treatments (massages, facials, manicure/pedicure) as required.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and customer care.
• Manage inventory, budgets and scheduling for efficient operations.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and staff development.

Hours :40 hours per week

Rate of Pay :£14.70 per hour

A typical day in the life of a Spa Manager:

• Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring a seamless and relaxing experience for all guests.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of skilled therapists and support staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase spa revenue and client satisfaction.
• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures and more, tailored to meet guests' individual needs when required.
• Maintain the highest standardsofcleanliness, safety andcustomerservice.
• Manage inventory, budgets and scheduling to ensure efficient spa operations.
• Creatinga positive and collaborative work environment promoting professional growth and development.

What we are looking for:

• Have an NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.
• Be KPI driven and results focused.
• Have dynamic interpersonal skills and acustomerfocused attitude.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be confident speaking to clients face to face, over the telephone and by email.
• Proven experienceof delivering excellent customer service.
• Be flexible and proactive in managing multiple priorities.
• The ability to make decisions, solve problems and take appropriate action.Experienceof managing a team and strong people development skills.
• The ability to establish rapport, build trust and demonstrate credibility.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• It would be desirable if you had knowledge of ELEMIS products and treatments.
