Job summary

Barratt Developments plc in Manchester is seeking a Site Manager assistant to help manage development sites through to completion. You will support the Site Manager in meeting programme, quality and cost targets while guiding the site team and subcontractors.

You will coordinate trades, attend Sales/Build meetings, deputise when needed, and ensure on-site resources and training align with company standards, delivering excellent customer service to buyers.

Qualifications

• Experience with established build programs and managing trades.
• Strong leadership with the ability to deputise for the Site Manager.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, NHBC requirements and Building Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme.
• Attend Sales/Build meetings and inspect show homes.
• Ensure site resources, training and direction for the on-site team.
• Deliver excellent customer service in line with company guidelines.
