Job summary

Barratt is seeking a Site Manager in England to support site development from start to finish, ensuring programme, quality and cost targets are met through effective team and subcontractor management.

You will coordinate trades, labour and materials to meet the production schedule, attend Sales/Build meetings, and deputise for the Site Manager as needed, while delivering customer service to home buyers.

Qualifications

• Experience with established build programmes.
• Assertive to ensure delivery by on-site team and trades.
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs.
• Member of CIOB and/or NVQ Construction Management or time served tradesman.
• In-depth knowledge of health & safety, NHBC and Building Regulations.
• Good knowledge of customer service related issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trades, direct labour and materials to meet production programme.
• Attend Sales/Build meetings with the Sales Team and ensure procedures and show homes inspections.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required.
• Ensure the on-site team is resourced and guided with clear responsibilities and training.
• Deliver excellent customer service in line with company guidelines.
