Job summary

Barratt Developments plc is seeking a proactive Site Manager to oversee construction on our Bristol developments. You will coordinate trades, manage the on-site team and liaise with sales to ensure builds stay on track and meet quality, time and cost targets.

We value experience with established build programs, a CIOB membership (or NVQ Construction Management), and a strong focus on safety and customer service. Hybrid working is offered where roles allow.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within established build programs.
• Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders and/or NVQ level in Construction Management.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety, NHBC requirements and Building Regulations.
• Strong focus on customer service and on-site quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme.
• Attend regular Sales/Build meetings with the Sales Team and ensure procedures are followed.
• Depose for the Site Manager when required and lead the site team.
• Ensure on-site resources are fully directed with clear job responsibilities and training.
• Deliver excellent customer service to customers in line with company guidelines.
