I am currently hiring for a number of Assistant Site Managers, specifically for new build housing developments across Manchester & Merseyside.

Responsibilities

• Work on new build housing developments across Manchester & Merseyside.
• The role (Site Manager or Assistant) will be discussed based on your level of experience, home location and availability date.
• Onsite duties will require familiarity with regulatory expectations, including NHBC regulations.
• As standard, you must hold the relevant managerial certifications to be considered for the role (see Qualifications).
